Javia Jackson is the Executive Assistant at a prominent real estate development company in Jersey City. In her position, Javia is in charge of Office Management, Community Relations, Event Coordinating/ Planning, and Philanthropy.  Some of the events she has coordinated include the Principal for a Day Program, SILVERMAN Charity Golf Tournament, and Teacher of the Year.

Javia attended Jersey City Public School Dr. Charles P. Defuccio #39 and was later accepted into the Legal Profession’s Magnet program at Abraham Lincoln High School. At Lincoln, she graduated number #17 in a class of over 200 students and held the title of the school’s senior class Vice President. 

In Javia’s collegiate career she obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Criminal Justice and a minor in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University as a member of the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success and the University Honors Program in Criminal Justice. She also acquired a Masters in Media and Professional Communications and received both degrees, Magna Cum Laude. 

Javia is a proud devoted mom to a wonderful child in the Jersey City school system. She is also the creator of a social platform where young professional adults engage in panel discussions while networking. As a lifelong resident of Jersey City it is Javia’s belief that if enough people pour into the communities in which they come from, then upcoming generations will have the opportunity to foster their gifts and talents in the community they call home.
