Hollie is currently the Executive Director of the Youth Foundation, with a history of various leadership roles. Her experience ranges from retail managment, banking and educational leadership positions over a span of 20 years. Hollie is also in the process of pursuing a degree at New Jersey City University.

She is an active member of her community, raising two children with her husband Rob who is a proud 5th generation Jersey City resident. Their two children previously attended PS37 Cordero School and are currently at the Hudson County Schools of Technolofy in Explore Middle School as well as County Prep High School.
